About the Group
ETHOS Broomall Adolescent IOP
The group is a Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents 13-18 years old (18 if they are still in high school) and runs over the course of 8-12 weeks. The ideal group member is a teenager who is struggling to function in their day to day life but is not in need of inpatient services. The group focuses on coping strategies, empowerment, identity exploration, and relationships. The group leader infuses CBT, DBT, and mindfulness in order to help support group members. The intensive outpatient program also offers individual therapeutic support and family sessions as needed.
